2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account with ice365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ice365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ice365 platform, whether voluntarily or by decision of ice365.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

2.2 Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. ice365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information you provide, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In order to process withdrawals and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations, ice365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Verified status is required before any withdrawal can be approved. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment methods used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes communicated by ice365 may result in temporary restriction of your account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ice365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other external channel. You must notify ice365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ice365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ice365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ice365 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies; any such transactions will be rejected and the funds returned to the originating payment method.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account tier, verification status, and payment method. ice365 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to the affected player.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Ice365 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals that cannot be matched to a verified payment method may be placed on hold pending further verification.

3.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts, credit cards (where issued as such), or any anonymous funding source are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a prohibited source will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation. ice365 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.

4.1 Game Availability

ice365 offers a range of gaming products including live casino tables, RNG slot games, crash games, and sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports). The availability of specific games or markets may vary and ice365 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any game or market at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Game Results and Disputes

The results of all games and betting events displayed on the ice365 platform are final once settled, subject to the following exception: where ice365 reasonably determines that a result was affected by a technical malfunction, data feed error, human error, or any other irregularity, ice365 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. ice365's decision in respect of disputed results is final and binding.

4.3 Pricing Errors

In the event that a betting market is offered at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market for the same event — ice365 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, irrespective of whether the bets have already been settled. Players will be notified of any such voiding and their stakes returned in full.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ice365 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are governed by these general conditions and by any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

ice365 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets that hedge or cancel out, systematically exploiting specific games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine intent to engage with the platform in good faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, ice365 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from it, and close the account permanently.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ice365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control; interruptions to service caused by network outages, maintenance, or force majeure events; or any decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform.

In all cases, ice365's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of ice365. Ice365 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism before pursuing any other remedies.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the ice365 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data, is the exclusive property of ice365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of ice365 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Termination by ice365

ice365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• The player has failed to comply with a KYC verification request within the stipulated timeframe.

Upon termination, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
